[DeTomaso] One more question!

Thanks, guys, I'll try touching the sending wire to ground for a second to 
see if that works.

How will I know the sending unit on the bottle is working, however?

Also, in regard to moving the sensor to the block; I actually have a sending 
unit mounted to the block which sends a wire to the Dakota Digital fan relay 
kit I put in.

I wonder if I could just take the wire that currently goes to the bottle 
(the original unit) and splice it into the sending wire from the new Dakota 
Digital sending unit.  Knowing how "different" everything is on this darn 
car, I have a feeling that would end up messing up the Dakota Digital unit, 
the original water temperature gauge, or both!
