Yes, I made one for my Marcos (Same wiper motor) in ’91 as a quick college project. It was a simple transistorized astable multivibrator, a relay, and switches. The resistors used were potentiometers – the one on the bias side being fixed on the dash – giving variable rate intermittent wipers. The relay was switched by the circuit, which in turn, momentarily grounded the speed 1 wire – causing the wipers to wipe just the once. It wasn’t perfect: To make them work, the wipers had to be turned on in the normal way before it would work. Then I had to turn the delay right down to give full no1 speed wipers.
