[DeTomaso] Busted motor mount help needed

Well, since I already had my car up on stands to facilitate interior refurbishing and floor rot I thought I'd take a peek at my 
motor mount bolts. Count me in, I've got one broken on the left side too!  I never thought it would be possible to break one
of those bolts.   I see new pads and four  ARP bolts  in the near future. 
Thanks to the list for the alert and a how to fix.
