[DeTomaso] Shift knob source?

Hi guys,

Stephane Bergeron is after what should be a very simple thing, yet it is 
proving impossible to find.   He wants a simple aluminum or chrome ball shift 
knob, similar in size and shape to what Ferraris came with.   In this day and age, 
you can get all sorts of wacky shapes, lights and LEDS in your shift knob, 
but the simple, traditional round ball seems to be totally gone.

The Pantera uses an 8mm x 1.25 thread, FWIW.

Any leads?
