[DeTomaso] [SPAM] Steering racks

The boots don't seal well on the tie rods and the fluid drains out. If 
the car is driven many miles without fluid, the pinion and center of the 
rack wears. This wear cannot be corrected through any adjustment. Of 
course the bushing goes but that can be replaced. I have seen some racks 
with excessive wear.
