[DeTomaso] FW: a different clutch question

<< My clutch is extremely stiff.  Since this is my first Pantera, I don't
exactly know what is correct, but even my friends that get in the car remark
about how stiff the clutch is.  The car is a 1971 and I think everything is
original.  I'm afraid I am going to have to cut back on my driving time and
go to the YMCA to build up my leg muscles to allow me to depress the clutch.
Does anyone have any ideas?  The clutch operation seems smooth, just stiff.

If it really bothers you, you can install a Centerforce clutch which has as 
much (if not more) clamping power and MUCH less pedal effort.
