[DeTomaso] alternator belt

The idler pulley that came with my kit was between the top pulley and the 
bottom pulley.  The alternator doesn't have an idler pulley since the 
alternator itself swings up or down to tighten the belt.

It is possible that, perhaps, the alternator somehow got loose, but now the 
new belt is on, I'm hoping the mechanic tightened the alternator bolts 
sufficiently looseness won't be a problem.  We'll see...
