[DeTomaso] Distributor engagement

After thinking about this a little more, moving the rotor won't work. 
You can put a long socket on the oil pump drive shaft and turn it a 
little bit and keep trying to put the distributor back in the hole.

If you choose to move the crank, you will have to reverify your static 
ignition timing.
