[DeTomaso] Is this as bad as it sounds (NASCAR)

The part I don't get is how Ambrose spun Gordon under the yellow flag and got away with it.  Wouldn't that have been a lot more obvious, and more obviously intentional, than spinning someone under the green flag?
   
  I realize that intimidation is accepted as part of many sports, but I don't appreciate bending someone's fender any more than a late tackle than may end another player's career.

Yeah and Bank Robbery is just as old. Those that are stealthy, run the
risk of getting wealthy. Those that get caught are not given another
Bank to try next week.
