topic, my parents drove their MGB “on the boat”! They bought a new
MGB in 1966 and picked it up from the factory in <st1:country-region w:st="on">England</st1:country-region>,
drove it around <st1:country-region w:st="on">France</st1:country-region> for
their honeymoon and had it shipped back to the <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place
w:st="on">US</st1:place></st1:country-region>. It was their only car for many
many years, and they used it to bring me home from the hospital after being
born in December, 1968 in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Syracuse</st1:City>,
<st1:State w:st="on">NY</st1:State></st1:place>. Not exactly a climate made
for MGB’s (or much else!) and it eventually rusted to shreds.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
