<div><div dir="ltr">Hi Everyone,<div><br></div><div>In the next 6 months or so I'm hoping to make some changes in Pandora's seats, and I need some sage advice.</div><div><br></div><div>The seats in her now are Recaros--the kind that have the lower section that can pull in or out for more leg support. They are really comfortable, and the only improvement as far as how they feel would be a little more lumbar support.</div><div><br></div><div>Nevertheless, the cloth on the seats is starting to look worn. I was planning on having them recovered in leather, with suede down the middle, and when I checked the pricing for that to be done (a year or two ago) I think it was going to cost between $1200 and $1400. The seats are probably from the '80's, and I'm afraid getting them recovered might be tantamount to putting new wine in old wineskins, as it were. For all I know, the foam might be just about to collapse, or the frame just about to
wear out.</div><div><br></div><div>So, here's the question: Should I pay the money to get the current seats recovered, or sell them and use the money towards new Recaros. I looked at some Recaros on-line, and the prices astounded me--over $3,000 each!
