<div dir="ltr">Being built in Nov 1973 and titled as a 74 is not uncommon. Today 11/7/13 just about all the manufacturers are building 2014's. They would have a build date of 11/13 and be titled as a 2014.<div><br></div>

73 car was originally sold and titled as a 74 but later retitled as a 73 and
report is listing the 74 production numbers? I remember a while back there
were several guys looking to do this in order get the cars exempt from smog
