[DeTomaso] Kirk Evans Cat Eye Quads - Limit Switch Install

I'm installing the limit switches on my headlight mechanism and I don't
recall how Kirk Evan's mod to the upper limit switch is installed.  Can
someone who has this kit on their car please take a pic of the limit
switches so I can figure it out.  I think I may be missing a piece.
