Asa,I just did an oil change on my Pantera.It has a stroker Windsor with an Aviad pan.Coincidentally its a 427 as well.7 quarts reads a bit over the full mark on my accurate dipstick with a Fram PH8A filter.Hope this helps and is not too late.
