[DeTomaso] Pantera Aviad pan (Dipstick & Tube)

Back in 2007, PCNC member Trevor Fougere found the dipstick and tube that came with the 1990 Ford Econoline Vans that have the 351W engine is a close approximation to our Cleveland dipstick tubes. 

Ford Motor Company part numbers:   
F2UZ-6750-B   dipstick 
F5UZ-6754-B   tube   

This combination curves back over the block, much like the Cleveland.  A little extra bending and a shortening of the tube and stick by about 6" leaves the handle nicely positioned at the rear of the block.  

You can shorten the handle end of the tube, thus requiring no modifications at the business end in the block/timing cover.


Note that I Googled the tube part number and it appears to be discontinued, but you might try ebay if you need the tube.
