We fully built up the doors and tested the window mechanisms before she came home.  I worked out a 3-bolt Aerostar motor swap on the windows that works wonderfully.

Great to hear you have local support.  I got zero "0" help when I put mine back together.

My biggest problem were the smaller triangle windows and rubber. Then someone suggested (I think it was Don Byers RIP) WD-40... and lots of it.  Worked like a charm!!  __

6328 is back home again, 3 yrs., 11 months and a bare metal restoration later. Now the final phase begins to finish putting her back together.
