[DeTomaso] Titanium nuts in Stainless Steel studs?

Searching ebay I can't find SS 7/16 12 point nuts but find titanium nuts:

I thought titanium was expensive, but there are about the same cost as SS.  Do they solve the stainless galling issue?

I’ve not used them for the bellhousing but have for many other places.  I really like them especially on things like the valve covers and carb mounting.  Helps love things up easily and get the nuts started without dropping them.
