FWIW, Chuck, I do not use molded rubber hoses at all on cars, trucks or motorcycles. When -not if- they fail, Its just too hard to find replacements on the road.  I prefer to use straight pieces of hose and metal bends attached by hose clamps. Metal bends -usually sweat-solder copper- never fail or corrode, and straight rubber hoses are available anywhere. But thats just me- J DeRyke
