Yes. You need to pop out the driver's rear quarter window and you draw it out of the tank through the opening. Be careful when removing and reinstalling the q-window. Be sure to lightly soap the flange around the window and the rubber before you run the cord around it to pull the weatherstripping back through. Otherwise, as experience recently showed me, older rubber will tear and you'll be buying new weatherstripping.
