[DeTomaso] Dash Lights

So the dimmer will work with the Leds!  That's good news.

I take it the entire dash has to come out? Which bc of the goofy way the
cage was done (by the guy in Oregon who we sent it to after Asa Jay gave it
up), we would need to remove the cage.

I have wanted to redesign it anyway....the cage builder didn't do as I
asked and it's a pain for an old guy like me to get in and out.
