[DeTomaso] Dash Lights

Mike makes a good point - I didn't change them originally because I was
concerned about the gauges being *too* bright for night racing, and figured
the original dim light would be "good enough."  It turned out it wasn't.
So, we need them bright, but not overpowering - maybe something that can be
bright but dimmed?


   - Yes, I know, I am being high maintenance.  And, yes, I know, if it is
   to be truly as it would have been raced in 1973, then in fact, they were
   stuck with the same dim lights and couldn't see either.  But, I think
   that's one "safety" upgrade no-one would ever complain about.
