   I think this is targeting aillegala i.e non permitted short term
   rentals, rather than short term rentals as a whole. Thereas a lot of
   folks who recognize the income potential from car week, so vacate their
   home, get out of town and list on AirBnB.
   There are also a lot of legitimate short term rentals, but not sure
   AirBnB sifts through to check permits of those listing on the platform.
