[DeTomaso] Transaxle leaks, won't go into gear now

I will try that troubleshooting step.

The funny thing is that it was shifting perfectly before sitting for 3
months

     donat!) but the point is, a minor gearbox leak shouldnat be causing
     your described issues.
     What happens if you put it into reverse, then try to start the
     engine with the clutch pedal fully depressed?A  If the car wants to
     move, then the clutch is dragging which further confirms the
     diagnosis.
