I have just set up a test jig to test my original springs. Unfortunately I took the shock/springs out of the car long ago so I have no idea which ones were in the rear or the front.
My setup is basically comprised of a standard press with one of my scale pads underneath the spring. For each test I compressed the spring 1".
 
The heavier spring tested at 320 lb
The lighter spring tested at 208 lb ( most likely a 200 lb spring)
 
Hope this clears up the confusion on these original springs.
