[DeTomaso] Starter recommendations…

As noted, sometimes the old studs just won't come out.
As far as relieving the DB starter flange to accomodate the existing studs. It is a compromise, but if the heavier stock starters stayed put with even thinner flanges, the DB will be fine too.
Be careful, keep it flat.

All one has to do is fit longer studs. I get them at my local Ace hardware store for about a buck or two apiece….
