[DeTomaso] Speedometer

I bought one of these. Ken suggested it earlier. I don't recall if he was the first.

It has a stepper motor to convert GPS/Hall Effect to mechanical. The docs say it has 2 inputs - GPS and/or Hall Effect.
I haven't installed it yet, but I'm sure others on the list have experience with it.
