[DeTomaso] Header Gaskets & Bolts

Richard,

You should plan on checking tightness one time after a heat cycle. After that they should be fine. 

A greater concern is bolts rusting in the holes and breaking when trying to remove them. That really sucks.  It’s common when non-header bolts are used, but not unheard of with quality header bolts also. A dab of copper anti-seize can help prevent that.
