[DeTomaso] Taking apart window regulator question

When taking out the window regulator to replace the split gear, there is a
large gray slotted bolt that connects the regulator to the window sled.

However, cannot unscrew it. Is this a way to take out only the window
regulator without taking out the window sled and guiding rail ? Would be a
LOT easier if possible.

Is it press fit and not a screw ?
