It would probably be a good idea to put a liberal coating of Armor All on
all of the rubber before you start and let it sit as well.  I tried to test
fit one of mine with rope method and ripped out the bottom of one of the
them before I stopped the test.  $104 apiece with Steve Wilkinson.

Dear Corey,

              I have no tips, but I can commiserate with you.  After I
removed mine and took out the glass, the frame and rubber were replaced, but
they just don't seem to fit as they did before despite numerous repeated
attempts to push them back down flat.  I am open to tricks or tips, too.
