This is a legendary car.  I published a big story about it during my early tenure as Profiles editor, in 1995-97 or so?

It’s been languishing for sale for years with an absurd asking price. As the values of the cars have risen and the asking price was unchanged, it became slowly less and less absurd. 

It’s a super-fun open track car but can’t really be vintage raced with the current engine because it’s just way too fast, too modern. But it wouldn’t take much to replace it with a well-built stock-displacement 351C, and then it will be a real weapon….
