I have a client who is looking for a Rolls to use for weddings at his hotel.
He wants to drive the wedding party around in style. Can you send me
pictures and a rough price.
Thanks

Bring-a-Trailer does a great job helping you with putting an ad together,
and they have a service that will send a professional photographer to shoot
the car for the ad. They would probably want to contact a local Mercedes or
Jaguar dealer to find who they would recommend for a high-end detailing.
That said, the old Rollers don't command a lot of money, even when they are
in good condition. The Achilles heel as I understand it, and Asa Jay will
likely chime in here, is the hydraulic system used for the suspension. If
it has not been maintained, it can be hideously expensive to get it working
properly. I believe the early '70's Silver Shadows had hydraulic suspension
on both the front and the rear whereas the later cars only used it on the
rear.

I used to. Long ago in another life I used to work on Rolls Royce. Very
nice cars, awesome wood accents, overstuffed leather seats, interesting
little details, smooth.

I don’t know any brokers these days. They need a grandson or daughter who
can build a great ad for BaT.
