[DeTomaso] 1972 Project Car on BaT

I agree too, but we've also always said, "Do not buy a rusty Pantera." Right? How many times have you heard this?

This car can be brought back, but only with the help of a very skilled body man. Most of the rusty body panels will need to be made from scratch - English wheel, etc.

It would be a different story if this were an old Mustang - where you can buy new panels and cut out/replace everything.

And yes, if this father/son were local, I'd do whatever I could to help them - including wrenching, giving them parts, and telling them to contact the Pantera Vendors + Johnny Woods.

But I still think this car is an extremely difficult project, that is beyond the skill level of a typical father/son.

I absolutely do agree that we should support the new owner/s as the Pantera
    community.
