All, we have the ZF taken down carefully examined by our transaxle guy (he
handles our Class 1 desert transaxles) every 20-30 hours of racing.  We had
new synchros installed about 20 hours ago.

That is another reason we are taking a shot at the Quaife install -- the ZF
is coming out after Road America in July to be freshened before it either
(1) goes away on the shelf with the matching original engine from Asa Jay,
or (2) goes back in the car before the Daytona Historic 24 because the
Quaife project fails miserably.
