[DeTomaso] Looking for great substitute lights

Right now, the Pantera is entered in the HSR Sprint races, which are
daylight races, but if the Panoz (registered for the 24 Hour) breaks before
the start of the 24, we will be substituting the Pantera in the 24.  Hence
the last minute light substitution.
