I got to drive Paul DeCoite’s Superformance GT40 several years ago. Like Julian noted, it’s an absolute blast to drive, super fast (with a Roush 427) and handles like a go kart on steroids. But the cockpit is very tight, the AC marginally worked, it’s drafty (you can feel the engine heat seeping through the tunnel) and the only place to hold a took roll is atop the spare tire, over the ZF. It’s a mega drive, but you’ll arrive to a Cars and Coffee event soaked in sweat.

Non-opening windows make daily driving impractical. I do fast drives, runway events etc. in mine (it is so loud that I am not allowed on our local race track (@#$%^%$#@!) In short, get a nice poster and a 1:12 scale model of the GT40, but don’t sell your Pantera for one.
