Tom,

Solid?  Maybe, maybe not. The seller claims it’s solid but significantly there are no pics of the critical lower wheelhouses. It has lived in New Jersey it’s whole life, which means road salt. 

Clean? Absolutely not. It’s as scruffy and tired as they come, a good candidate for a restoration.  If it’s as solid as it is claimed to be, it’s a $75k car. 

If it has hidden rust, it’s maybe a $50k car. 

Certainly not a $100+k car IMHO….
