NRG is typically a 70mm PCD steering wheel mount, LeCarra a 4". I thought at one point there were conversion adapters for the hub adapters available to convert the more commonly available PCD (usually a dual pattern 70mm & 74mm) to lesser available?

Kinda like this, although the listing doesn't say exactly what the 9-hole PCD is;
