[DeTomaso] Curious about bidding on the BAT Pantera last week

When other not original cars went  $20K+ higher, just wondering what were the negatives on this car:

Does it "need" serious metal repair?

It also seems that restomod Vettes and Cameros go for really high prices, that doesn't seem the case with Panteras.  A different customer base?
