Mike,
If this is the car i think it is,i remember this car being built at Magnum Force Race Car Fabrication in Campbell California.It was early in Ron Jenkins career as a fabricator and it was not built correctly and does not meet NHRA specifications if you are actually fast in the car.
I do not remember the exact details but either the chassis was made with too small a diameter tube or the wall thickness is too thin.
It was a fiberglass body on the frame,not an original steel body.The owner had a black panther mural on the front hood on this car and on a black narrow body Pantera street car.
Either way,if someone is buying this,do investigate the chassis if you are planning to do anything other than using the car as a show car.
