All,Since my shop project is once again in purgatory, paid more fees for more cubic inches......and resubmitted...."wait"...... we'll see if I get all the same roadblocks and potholes as last try.....
Talked with my 99 year old neighbor today, whose family owned this entire half of the valley (small valley), and he regaled me with stories of his neighbor the supposed contractor seller.......who wasn't a contractor at all.....as he bummed off of his dad or son for their licenses........  Short story is.....get a mold inspection done on houses, and pull the property file down at the county office to check that all buildings are permitted......no matter WHAT the seller tries feeding you!!!!
OK, so raising money for expected permit hurdles.......none of which are going to be cheaper than a set of DeTomaso floor mats!
Cleaning out my shelves and boxes and found I have WAY more stuff than I need......  This is a partial list of the new/NOS factory parts that I have, some which I hand carried from Italy back in the last century (HAH!) and many that I picked up along the way.....   Prices are not for the faint of heart...... I also have a pile of used and abused parts for examples and research, and for things that don't need to look new to match the rest of the car, that will need to come later......but you can ask for specifics any time!

licenses........ Short story is.....get a mold inspection done on
houses, and pull the property file down at the county office to check
that all buildings are permitted......no matter WHAT the seller tries
   feeding you!!!!
OK, so raising money for expected permit hurdles.......none of which
