3400 has lowered floor ... level and driver and passenger side ... I would think that sloping floor and tilting seat would restrict rear travel of seat adjustment ...

rather leave the forward portion as it is and angle the floor down as
it goes rearward. You cut the floor on the sides and rear, bend it
down, and weld in triangular pieces to support it that way. This lowers
and tilts the seat bottom. Too much and you'll hit on every speed bump
you come across.
