After having some wheel and tire "issues", I bought a late 90's Lincoln compact spare made of aluminum. It is very lightweight and easily fits into the trunk.
The OEM compact spare tire also matches quite closely to the diameter of the rubber on my GT5.

My recommendation is simply adonata.
There is no place to put a full sized wheel and tire in the car. So,
if you get a flat and install the spare, do you plan to leave the
flat and the wheel on the side of the road and drove away?A Of
course not.
So, you will get a tow truck in any case. So no need for a sparea|.
