I actually did my 90 mm inside the garage with only about 10 feet of
distance when I initially installed them. Aim came out great.

Larry,

I love my 60mm Amerisport lights, they give a clear crisp light with a nice
cutoff like an ECE light, but mine aren't HID. I do get some bounce, not so
much the lights themselves as the stiff front springs (400lbs).

I set mine old school with the method attached, using an 8x4 sheet of
polystyrene, initially marking off where the center of the 4 lenses sat
vertically and horizontally. Then added the recommend set lines moved it out
a measured 25 feet away. I found the white surface to be very helpful, but
you can do same with masking tape and marker on a garage door if you have a
level driveway.

Julian

All,

2511's rebirth incorporates the 60mm HID headlights sold by Kirk Evans.

I am clear on aligning the low beams so both left hand sections of the LH
and RH beams are even with each other.

I am unclear as to the left/right alignment of the low beams.

And I am unclear as to the alignment of hi beams, both up/down and
left/right

Can anyone share their wisdom and advice on these issues?

Larry
