March 13th, 1977, at Zolder.  Driver was Rene Tricot, driving for Team Willeme (Belgium). 

I don’t have my De Tomaso Racing book at hand so I can’t tell you which car it is. But I’ve given you enough of a lead that you should be able to find it. :)
