[DeTomaso] To Drop or Not to Drop

Mike,

I’m not near a computer right now, but this came up previously and I recall sending photos to the list, but had to reduce resolution. I’m also pretty sure one of the BaT GT5S auctions had some good underside photos with the car on a lift, that should be good resolution and an easy search.

Julian or anyone with a GT5 or 5-S, can you send me shots of the floor pans or underside of the car so I can get a reference as to what the method is?  As it happens, I’ll likely need to replace the forward floor pan due to rust.

       $$$$$    You confirmed my opinion of that long ago test fit in a factory GT5 in Vegas.  It *did* seem so much more spacious.  If I ever drop the floor pans, I will use the GT5 method.  Thanks for the details.
