[DeTomaso] Ford era Panteras

Ford did not support repairing ZF's.  They were R&R only, at least what I learned while there.  But this work was performed at dealerships, not at an assembly plant.  As a FoMoCo employee, I was offered transaxles for just under $400.  Should have bought all of them--I took not one home.  One of my biggest regrets at Ford...

Didn’t Ford replace a number of perfectly good ZFs as part of a recall maybe that is what that guy was remembering or maybe he is just a lying sack.
