I installed a pair of J.W. Speaker model 8700 Evolution-2 LED headlights in
my '72, the light they provide is impressive, almost as bright as the HID
lights on my AMG.

The side pattern extends well off the road on both sides of the street, and
the high beams have a very long reach.

They have a sharp horizontal cutoff from light to dark, and only draw 2 amps
on the low beam which reduces the load on the wiring.

They're a drop in replacement for the OEM bulbs, the plug and trim rings fit
perfectly. And they're DOT compliant.

Not cheap, but they work extremely well with no modifications required.
