[DeTomaso] LED's for frunk, engine bay

I've never, ever even tried the rear defroster, in 20 years of ownership.
I've also never, ever, ever had the conditions that would require it - with
the engine right next to the glass, the probability of fogging up is just
about nil. There are some pretty useless features on the car, but this is
number one in my book!
