[DeTomaso] 6328 Resto Files - The Wiring Wall

Actually, kegs are stored and used from a cellar, in the UK these are dark dank rooms below ground in stone/brick buildings so somewhat below room temperature. Very few venues in the UK have A/C so room temperature can be quite a bit warmer in summer.

Thankfully, the art of beer brewing has now transcended the pond and one can find microbreweries serving beer (ale as we know it) here in the US! Quite a step up from those Coors & Bud branded cans sold in gas stations, where I was always quite convinced the urinals were connected directly to a canning machine...
