Konrad,
Yes, yes and yes. Although you can probably get them (or order them) from any local tire store that carries the BFG lines, including Costco. Check pricing with tire rack for a sanity check then shop locally.
Frequently I will go through the motions of placing an order with tire rack and get right to the payment part, which shows the total costs including tax and shipping. I then print the page and cancel the transaction. I will then march into my local tire shop and ask their price. When it’s higher, I slide my printout over to them and ask them to match it. They are always able to do so. Sometimes it’s by charging more for the tires and less for the mounting and balancing, but the bottom line always works out the same and I’m supporting the local business.

bottom line always works out the same and I'm supporting the local

Konrad,
You won't find 225/50 anymore.
The stock tire sizes (starting with the Arriva) were equivalent to
205/60 and 255/60. Only BFG makes matching tires in those sizes.
Thankfully they are good quality for normal street use, readily
available, and almost laughably cheap.
You will definitely be happy with them.
